Do you post all MCAT attempts in AACOMAS or just the most recent score?

Hey,

I took MCAT twice do I list both scores in my AACOMAS app?

From a previous post someone said to list all scores within 3 years is that correct? If so 3 years from which date?

Thanks!

Ive never heard that before about the 3 year rule. I took my first mcAt in 2010, then took it this year. I was told to put it all down. This comes from someone who is accepted.

I mean why risk it? The schools I believe have access to the test history and they can see your scored attempts.

Follow the aacomas rules. For most things it wants absolutely everything. If it wants something different then it will clearly state list all abc for the past x yrs next to where you enter the info. Leaving out anything puts your future at risk.

Some schools do individually indicate they only accept mcat scores within the past 3 or so yrs, but your aacomas application goes to all so you can't pick and choose. If a school secondary requests such then go by their rules, which sometimes aren't the most clear. In that case ask the school.

If you send your scores to AACOMAS (which you have to for them to confirm the score), then yes, all of your attempts will get sent. I had one from ~5 years ago that showed up on my app.
