Do you really need to know every detail in First Aid?

I am freaking out because I have my test soon, and even though I know most of the concepts in first aid, I do not know every detail. I've been scoring around 75% in uworld TUTOR and subject wise - is that bad for doing it tutor mode/subject wise?

Is it necessary to know every detail to do well?

Also, is first aid enough for most anatomy questions (NOT including neuroanatomy)? I'm sure there will be some that are not, but will MOST of them be covered with first aid?

Your test is "soon" and you're asking these questions now?
Yes.... I am. I've done as much as I could in the short amount of time I was given and even though I have a grasp on the concepts, I do not have First Aid memorized word for word, I've heard that you need to know first aid "cold," but do most people really know first aid word for word or do they know the majority of the concepts in first aid but not necessarily each detail before walking into the test? I would just like to know the general consensus because I worked very hard but because I don't know everything in first aid by memory I am very stressed out, that's why I asked

I can say i knew most of FA when i took the test, especially the organ system blocks but its important if you want to do really well to know more than what's in FA. I annotated the crap out of my FA with info i pulled on from Qbanks and other sources and that was really helpful. That being said, understanding the concepts is more important than memorizing the minutiae and will serve you well on the boards and wards.

Also, if you are still doing your blocks on tutor mode and you are testing soon then id seriously suggest building some stamina with full timed mixed blocks.

Good luck!
