Here is the run down:

GPA: 2.692
I plan on retaking ochem II and lab, biochem and also take genetics to get it up 3.0

PCAT: Haven't taken it yet. Will prepare for it and plan on getting above 90.

Experience: 3 years of retail pharmacy experience, worked as student admin support for college of pharmacy at my college for one semester, I have research experience in my major (nutrition), have worked in diverse setting as well as technology field for approximately one year

Leadership: Served in 4 different student groups. (most of them was a semester long work)
participated in leadership programs as well.

Volunteer: Nursing Home 2 years

Diversity: I am an immigrant and came to United States 7 years ago, I speak another language fluently

What do you think my chances are? Do I have a chance at pharmacy school?
What I am most worried about is my GPA. I had few rough semester and suffered from depression.
Pharmacy is still what I want to do. Is there anyone who got in with low gpa and how does repeating class look? If you have a low GPA but high PCAT do you have chance?

Yes, you can get in with a low GPA, especially if other parts of your application 'make up' for it (which it sounds like yours does).
I did. Just focus on bringing it up as much as you can and doing well on your PCAT. The only thing you have to worry about is hitting the minimum requirement for some schools (it can 2.5, 2.75, or higher for some schools).

2.69? Did you even show up for the exams?

What was your GPA when you applied? If I do well on the PCAT do you think they will overlook GPA at least a little bit?

Seriously? Are you bipolar? Sometimes you're nice and sometimes you're a complete a-hole. OP said they suffered from depression, which hurt their grade.

Also another question I have is: Do school consider the GPAs on my transcript? or the GPA from PharmCAS?
Because if they consider PharmCAS GPA instead of my Transcript GPA wouldn't my GPA be even lower seeing as PharmCAS has stricter gpa calculation process than the universities?

Depends on the school. Mostly GPA from PharmCAS, but some calculate their own GPA. If you search the forums someone literally made a thread about schools that used grade replacement (something about how to get in with a low GPA). If those are all grade replacement classes to help your GPA, it won't help as much.
I don't remember my GPA to be honest. Somewhere from 2.75-2.9. I just remember I hit the minimum and it wasn't a 3.0).
