I especially liked when people were complaining that he derailed threads and then he completely derailed the thread by showing pictures of ALF with a huge package and the gay guy jumping with the sign that said GAY. Too fricking funny and then the "don't touch don't tell" image. Even fricking funnier.

The margins are infiltrative, and apparently it can even have skip areas along a nerve it is invading. It's nasty for surgeons, I guess. So they may send lots of frozens even though radiation may be more appropriate according to some, since it's nigh on impossible to completely excised.

Yeah, the 10 year prognosis for ACC is terrible. How difficult is it for it to be picked up on MRI or such? I figure it's hard to detect because it's so slow growing and spreads along the nerves. By the time it's picked up on MRI the distant mets would be everywhere.
