Do you think this LOR is worth it?

So I've been volunteering for my High School's debate program for three years now (ever since I graduated). This is going to be a key part in my story (school designed to help disadvantaged persons, and that's one of my big goals). I'm thinking about asking the debate coach for a LOR. She's known me for 5years now, but I'm nervous as to how much she actually knows me. When I was applying to college she wrote a LOR for me then. I'm nervous as to how much she actually knows me as a college ShadowDante and not HS me. Thoughts?

IMHO, it seems that you've invested quite a bit of time into this program and its been an important part of your life. Have you spent alot of time in college volunteering with the debate club? I feel like this could be a powerful letter but if you have doubts I would maybe talk with your debate coach about how you feel and see what he/she says.
