I'm confused as to what this secondary question is really asking. Do they want a "why" their school response? Should it be treated as a diversity prompt? Or is it really optional and just for purposes to explain low grades or something similar?

-Explain blips in the academic road: GPA dip or attendance irregularity
-Mention errors on the Primary that were significant
-Reason why this school above all is a perfect fit for you
-Talk about an important activity that didn't fit on the Primary
-Add new activities begun since the Primary was submitted
-Report unexpected discontinuation of an activity projected to be ongoing
-Notify that you will be out of the country for extended periods that would make interviews difficult during certain months
-Advise of acceptance of a manuscript for publication
