Do your official transcripts have to be posted on pharmcas before you can e-submit it, or can one submit it without them being up?

Also, how about refs, do they have to be up as well?

You can submit it without your transcripts, but it won't be processed until they are recieved. They will not send it to schools if they have not recieved 2 LOR.
