USN&WR has produced a good reference, a bit out-dated though, and AACOM has a publication that is good reference for some information.

Not as much info as MSAR, but they do have a booklet for free. You can check it out at www.aacom.org on-line, or they can send it to you.

You could look at this site http://www.do-online.osteotech.org/index.cfm?PageID=sir_college which lists all the osteopathic schools. Each school listed is linked to the school's website. This may give you some of the information you are looking for.
