Hi, im currently a high school student in the bay area. I want to pursue in the medical field and want to strengthen my exposure by doing things such as research and doctor shadowing. If anyone can help me find links or connections as to where I can do those please help me out. Thank you!

Agreed. Many hospitals have volunteer and/or shadowing programs. Some are even directed at high school students.

Also, just ask. A lot of doctors are happy to have students shadow them.
