Anyone have any experience with a company called DocVA (virtual medical assistants) based in Philippines I believe. They charge $10/hr flat fee, considering them instead of hiring another receptionist (primarily to answer phone calls, schedule patients, ect). I hear Dr Paul Lynch's new group US Painis using virtual assistants in the Philippines...
