I need to add two units of physics and I'm thinking of just doing them online? Is that fine if I go to a school that is accredited online like Kaplan, university of Phoenix or decry etc...?

While not recommended, it is OK to have non-science coursework from online institutions -- especially from nontrads who transitioned to medicine later on in their lives. However, it is never recommended to take online science classes. Perhaps @Goro can provide further insight.
It is much better to take the class at a local community college, in person. If you absolutely must take the class online, then look into UNECOM's online courses.
My school accepts online coursework as long as it's given by an accredited university. OP will have to check with each school to see what there policies are. MD schools tend to take a dim view of pre-reqs done online.
