Does academic update matter for Dec 3rd decision (for preDec interview already?

Hi, I was lucky to have several interviews preDec. I wonder whether the academic update really matters to Dec 3rd decision. I asked this because I don't think it is enough time to have academic update completed before Dec. 3rd ( in term of sending official transcript, getting it verified and forwarding to D-school ---> take almost 2 weeks).

When I went on my interviews, some of them asked for academic updates. Given that I took a summer class and graduated in the summer, I sent these schools an updated transcript....I did not update AADSAS however, and I don't think I will at this point. For example, Penn asked me for one in their letter and when I went in for the interview, so I mailed it directly to them afterwards. On the other hand, Columbia never did so I didn't mail it to them.

Thanks for the reply! I graduated in the summer too. I sent my updated grades to some schools where they asked for the update. For the rest, I will update online and keep my fingers crossed.

wait so you are going to complete the AADSAS update thing?

Yes, I would like to know the answer to this. Bc my schedule would change depending on if I'm accepted or not. (Applying a year early, but I could cram everything into Spring and summer should a school not like my university's 3-in-1 program and want me to have a BS before DS.)

Yes, I will complete this update just for schools that did not offer me invite yet. Just for the worst case scenerio on Dec 3rd.
