Hi there!
The first time I took the SAT I got a 1260/1600 and the first time I took the ACT I got a 29/36. I know they aren't the best scores, so now I am very nervous about how I will perform on the MCAT. Does ACT/SAT reflect performance on the MCAT?

Between SAT and ACT, only the science graph reading section of ACT has any resemblance to MCAT.

Between MCAT and Step 1 exam of medical school, yes. Yes in terms of how you study passage based question exam in 2-3 months time.
