Does adcoms care about IT certifications?

I'm a cs major right now and hold a couple pretty difficult to get certifications. Just curious if adcoms gives two ****s about them?

Hi there,
Most of the people who serve on medical school admissions committees are not computer professionals and probably would not understand the ease or difficulty of obtaining such certifications. Since you hold these certifications, they should be part of your resume/application. You might want to write a line or two as to the significance of your certifications but in terms of acceptance or rejection to medical school, I do not think that your certifications will make much of a difference.
