My school gives the option to send transcripts electronically, and considering the school is in Alaska that is a huge help.

I am wondering if AMCAS accepts these~

hmmm, another question.

My university has an online form to request transcripts, but there is no area to enter an amcas ID.
I was wondering if it will be processed if I send it (my ENROLLED name is different from my LEGAL name).

Perhaps can I just enter the amcas ID# into the address line?

you need to send the AMCAS transcript request form along with the schools form to your registrar, hard copies of both. AMCAS generates these forms through the online application as you add undergraduate schools, and then you print them out.

Your application will be processed by AMCAS much faster if your school sends the transcript request form with it. I'm sure your school's registrar has a fax number, this is the quickest way to get the forms in. Fax both the school's transcript request form and the AMCAS transcript request form. If the school asks for a deadline, pick July 1st. That gives the school enough time to process your request and send out the transcript, but is soon enough that they (hopefully) won't delay processing.
