Hi!

According to AACOMAS Traffic Rule,
"After May 1, AACOMAS reports to each institution the names and candidates for its entering class who hold an acceptance(s) at additional institutions."

Does DO schools also receive students MD WL or A information from AMCAS?

I got 1 DO accepted and 1 MD WL.

they do not have access to each others' acceptance lists, no

I would expect that "additional institutions" refers only to other institutions that use the same common application. Therefore AMCAS and AACOMAS don't know what each other are doing any more than they'd know if you had an offer through any other common applications (e.g. for physician assistant, speech pathologist, public health, etc)
