Someone correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't you send in your final transcripts to wherever you matriculate to?
That was the case when I was admitted into grad school. When I was applying, I sent in my transcript that was still in progress. After I graduated, I had to send in the updated transcript with the degree noted.
