Does anyone here use a netbook for coursework and Qbanks?

So, I am thinking about picking up a netbook because the portability is really appealing, but I was wondering if the screen would be too small for Qbank software - I was planning on using it during for board prep the next few months, so that's important to me. Also, I use powerpoint to compile path images and was wondering if working with a large PPT file on a netbook would slow the computer down a lot because it isn't as a powerful as a regular computer. Is it worth it just to pick up a laptop instead?

I use a little netvertible, a lenovo S10-3T for everything and it works fine. The small screen is annoying at times, so I'm glad I have a big monitor at home I use with it, but it's a good machine. Works well with kaplan Qbank and never had issues with ppt slides.
