Does anyone know of any upcoming PGY3 vacancy/swap opportunity in the south?

I'm a PGY-2 at an academic program in NY. I've been looking to relocate to the south due to family. My program is very understanding of my need to relocate.

I have found a westcoast resident that is willing to take my spot, however, I'm really looking for the south.

If anyone knows of a possible PGY-3 vacancy or exchange, I would be eternally grateful. Thank you.
