I'm applying to Glasgow and Edinburgh too. For Glasgow, you send the transcripts to Joyce Wason, she is the North American Rep to talk to if you are applying to Glasgow. Her address is

If you want to make sure, you can e-mail her and she is very nice and will give you a prompt reply. I have contacted her a few times to ask about what to send.
As for edinburgh, all I know is to send transcripts to their admissions office

I'm bumping this thread because I have been looking for the answer to "where do I send these transcripts" for months and I know some other SDNer has to be looking too...
