I am considering a bank lockbox service. This prevents embezelment, clears checks fast, and frees my staff from having to post payments or scan eob to emr/billing company. I know some docs go to post office and do their own deposits, etc. but that seems like a real pain.
Cost isn't too bad at .40 per item. Anyone going this route?

lockbox at wells fargo. Also seems to work pretty good

Lockbox at Sterling bank. Love it. Although more expensive than I'd like.

They will also scan all checks into PDF format which is excellent.
