Does Application Complete mean a interview invite is coming?

I vote no, but I wish. I think it just means all the necessary info is and I don't think the admissions committee has gotten to review the application in detail. Some of mine went complete 2 hours to two days before an interview, while others have gone several weeks complete without a peep.
 
Complete applications means they have received your applications, LORs, and other materials (secondary applications?), etc. It means no have no more paperwork to turn into them. Now you are either selected for an interview or not. Having a complete application doesn't guarantee an interview. Now it's just playing the waiting game.
