Everyone knows that women love doctors, but is the status of med student enough or does it happen only after getting MD?

No because the avg person has no idea what you mean when you say medical student. Most people take that as a student of the various medical professions, not a student physician.

I have done extensive research on the topic. After years of carefully observing medicinae studiosum in its natural habitat, I have gathered enough data to prove that being a medical student increases your attractiveness by approximately 3%. However, medicinae studiosum often suffer from common side effects of actually attending medical school including sleep deprivation, poor diet, lack of lifting and bringing up neurotransmitters in casual conversations. Some of these proved to be extremely detrimental to the subjects' attractiveness, resulting in many of them experiencing a net loss.

Right, the problem is that, to most women my age, "medical student" means either nurse, CNA, PA, or something in academia, but never MD.

Exactly. It might impress some pre-meds. Maybe.

Nope. Women only focus on the word student, and student usually means broke guy eating ramen and beer ponging.

However, most women have no idea what a resident is. So once you say you're a doctor, game is usually over. The only problem is they are usually trying to get wifed up.

Lmao I did this today 🙁

The funny thing is, this was the exact moment the conversation ended. Are you stalking me?

OP's posting history is pretty lulzy.

Ark, is that you?

Y'all are mean, to try to kick someone while he's down.

Times like this are when I remember one of my favorite Weezy songs

"The hate is music to my ears I got my dancing shoes."

I sure hope so. At some point in my life I want to get hugged/kissed by a female.
A woman, or just a female? I mean, my dog likes to give hugs and licks, if that counts.
Related note, time for you to stop using the term female to refer to girls/women in casual conversation.

It will impress some women, sure, but you still need to be good looking.

You guys disagree that being good looking or having a good career path is not going to attract women?

The problem is that there is, in general, a big difference between having a good career and saying that you're going to have one. Every guy has a rap about some incredible thing he's going to do. Now, obviously med school is different in that almost everybody who's in med school is actually going to be a doctor...but most people don't appreciate that. Of course it varies by education and social class.

Honestly, yeah it does. Especially girls in nursing, PA NP, dental, and health related grad school. The thing is you just don't have time to constantly chase girls.

Yeah, it might have been cute at first, but now it's just annoying. Seriously everyone, knock it off.
With all due respect, it's bc you ALWAYS put yourself down on how you can't get girls (which I don't really believe to be true). Hence why when someone says, "At some point in my life I want to get hugged/kissed by a female." it sounds like something you would say. It's not picking on you to lower your self esteem.

YES, but make sure to give zero details about how little time and money you have. Then bail as soon as possible.

I'm on track to **** a girl who I otherwise probably wouldn't stand a chance with. She mentioned she's "never met a med student before," so maybe it has something to do with it.

An anecdote: In the past I've noticed women like attractive men that play guitar, but not so much the average or so so looking guy that plays guitar...even if they both play the same things. Replace guitar skills with being a med student/doctor/anything else that seems remotely impressive and you have my view on this subject.

The women aren't attracted to the profession, or thing being done, they're attracted to the person doing said thing. If you're not that person, nothing you do can change that.

-2 cents

P.s. This thread is funny.

Just a gut feeling.

And the two dozen nude pics she Snapchatted me, the dozen nude pics I Snapchatted her, and the thousand or so texts over the past week.

edit: In the off chance you weren't being sarcastic: Tinder, brah.
No one cares about your sexting.

Seriously. Stahp.

*shudder*

It all depends on how you spin it.

Free Example:

"I am in medical school." - Do not use the term medical student. There is nothing attractive in a guy about being a student, however, there is an attractive quality about being in medical school.

Medical school is best used as a way of picking up chicks during MS3 and MS4. That is when you get to do the "doctor things."

Additionally, my girlfriend loves that I am in medical school. Knowing a lot about the human body has many perks when it comes to understanding muscles, flexion and extension of limbs, important body parts, and how sensory neurons work.

Wtf ? Please tell me how you use sensory innervation knowledge in day to day life outside of medicine...

Dermatomes bro. Stimulating sacral nerves if you know what I'm saying

Okay if someone who I later found out was a med student tried to use that line on me, it would turn into a running joke amongst me and my female friends for awhile.

I think the first thing he said to me was "you're a dentist already? K cool, I have a sugar mama now!"
