Apologies if this is a dumb question. But can someone just check I am understanding pneumothorax correctly.
I understand that intrapelural pressure = intralveolar pressure in pneumothorax. Tf the lung is not completely collapsed right? It has some air in it, depending on the pressure gradient between atmospheric pressure and intralveolar + intrapleural pressure, right?
