Basically I am seeing people who are getting II who were complete later than me. Does this mean the school already reviewed my app and passed me? This has happened for quite a few of the schools I applied to, starting to think I might have a red flag.
Does complete date affect order in which interviews are given?

The categories will vary depending on the school's mission.
For example, at Loma Linda, Adventists might be reviewed in an expedited fashion.
At state schools, it might be high stat IS candidates...

Patience is a virtue, the need for instant gratification is not.
Schools stratify the apps as they come in and don't send out secondaries or IIs merely in chronological order.
hmm ok I guess I'm just a little bummed because I thought I was high stat (4.0/526) so I thought I'd be in the first round of II. At what point should I be concerned about not getting interviews?

There may be schools where this category is expedited. Even so, it is still early.

If you have no II by the end of August I would be extraordinarily surprised. I wouldn't be worried until November, however with your stats, if ECs are up to snuff, it would be highly unusual for you to not have at least a couple interviews by mid to late august. Not necessarily first round, but certainly early.
