Does Driving for Uber/Lyft Help Medical School Applications, does it count as "work experience"

I actually want to drive for uber for only around 3 hours a week on weekends. I'm doing it mainly to help me develop my communication skills for my interviews. Would medical schools value this kind of work experience as valuable?

Are you doing it only to impress medical schools?

At the end of the day, you tell them if the experience was valuable. They aren’t learning anything from you driving an Uber. They don’t know what you experience as an Uber driver. You are and you do. so is/was the experience valuable to YOU?
