I have an interview coming up with ARCOM for October 13th. and am thinking of moving it to a different date. Would this reflect poorly upon my admissions chances?

No. Life happens. If you give adequate amount of notice. You will be fine.

If it works out better for you, then definitely go for it. It won't be a big deal if they are able to accommodate your request.

Some schools will only let you move it once so make sure that second date is good to go
