Does it make sense to retake the OAT after you interviewed with schools to improve your application/chances of getting into the schools?

My grade was 330/330 the first time

With those scores, I highly doubt that it is necessary, but it also might depend on where you're applying. If the admissions counselors didn't specifically mention that they're unhappy with your scores, then I don't think you should worry about it.
