does it matter if i repeat course before or after PharmCAS submitted?

I got a C- in winter quarter in inorganic chemistry and I have to repeat the course prior to admissions, but does it matter if I repeat it before PharmCAS app sent or after? I thought interviewers would question C- so I figured I should repeat before June 1st. Its my only lowest course grade.
