Were you able to take the MCAT? If not, and if a school indicates they need a score before next February for this cycle, you would be smart to call them and ask how to proceed rather than wasting time and money returning secondaries and then hoping for the best.
No. They definitely screen for secondaries, but no way to know whether it is a personal review or an automated screen based on stats, which is what most schools that screen do.
Either way, if you received one without a MCAT score, it likely means they waived the MCAT for the secondary screen in order to not delay your secondary. As I said in the other thread, unless they tell you otherwise, once they cash your check, do not assume they are going to wait until February for your score. They won't, because it wouldn't be fair to everyone who didn't apply because they didn't announce that this was what they were going to do.
