Does not finishing a supplemental count as applying previously?

Last cycle I applied to a school through AADSAS but never completed their supplemental application. I'm reapplying the them this year and it asks if I've ever applied to the school previously. Does that count? Or since my application was never reviewed is it like I never applied? Thanks!

Well you may have already given a bad impression to that school by just passively withdrawing in that manner.

I would guess yes, that counts, but you would have to ask the school to get a definitive answer.
