What is your official state of residency? What is your grad school GPA?
For allopathic schools, generally, a grad degree isn't too helpful, and in fact if your GPA isn't high, it could even hurt you. The good thing is that your grad degree is in a hard science, so if you did well and get a good MCAT score, it proves you can do the work required in med school. I know that there is an adcomm from Florida (REL) who posts on SDN in the Mentor Forum who feels a hard science grad degree will help you (at least at his school). At other schools, I think you'll need a higher MCAT than low thirties to compensate for the low uGPA.
You might consider also applying to DO medical schools, as their application service does include grad school GPA in the application GPA calculation.
