I just wanted to know if rescheduling an interview really hurts my chances of getting into school. I just got an interview for UCLA for Nov. 7th but I already have Michigan scheduled for the same day like over a month ago. I called the admission coordinator at UCLA and she told me that they'll reschedule me after they have all their Nov. and Dec. interviews in so they know where to place me. I was wondering if this would hurt my chances since my interview is a pre-Dec. 1st interview but if I get rescheduled I mite a post-Dec 1st interview. I just hope it really doesn't hurt my chances to get into UCLA because it's such a great school.

In this circumstance I am not sure if it affects you or not, but most schools it is okay to and some do not allow at all. I rescheduled my Midwestern and Arizona ones with ease. This is probably a judgment call, but 95% who interview at UCLA get accepted anyways.

Possibly. It may show them that your priority lies elsewhere.
