I can read the website about how they do take transfers but was inquiring if anyone has successfully transferred from Saba to Ross for clinical years 3 and 4?

Why are you wanting to do this? Transferring during the clinical years is really not a good idea and there aren't any real differences between Ross and Saba's clinical programs.
