Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows if you ever have to have a background check if you attend SGU.

It does not seem ,like you do at first, but I was wondering if later on before clinical rotations in the US you do.

Thanks for the info!

yes they do...police check for immigration

Also, if your background has anything in it that is likely to show up in a check, then you should be aware that pretty much every job you ever apply for at a hospital, they will recheck your background. So even if you slipped by one computerized check because you neglected to mention a state you were convicted in as a placed you lived, eventually you'll be caught by an institution that pays for a more detailed check.

agree with this. State medical licensing boards will fingerprint you and do a background check.
