does the AADSAS update the status more than once a day?

I am wondering whether it is worth checking the status several times a day. They may just do it once each morning. Anyone knows anything about this?

The schools update their own applicant's status. AADSAS doesn't actually updated anything. So any school could update at any time. So keep checking!
