No, but certainly schools will ask post acceptance, either directly or inferred, that you have fulfilled all requirements per their published policy and you will have to sign in the affirmative to that. A large fraction of schools will submit your post-acceptance transcript to NSCH for validation which may report back whether a course or section was online.
