Does the DAT include stuff like Quantum Mechanics, wavelengths, orbitals, electronic configuration..?

Because I read on
http://www.studyguidezone.com/dat.htm
General Chemistry (stochiometry and general concepts, 3 items; gases, 2 items; liquids and solids, 3 items; solutions, 3 items; acids and bases, 3 items; chemical equilibria, 2 items; thermodynamics and thermochemistry, 2 items; chemical kinetics, 2 items; oxidation-reduction reactions, 2 items; atomic and molecular structure, 3 items; periodic properties, 2 items; nuclear reactions, 1 item; laboratory, 2 items);

So it doesnt appear to be on the list

If you see it in your review notes, then it's fair game!

If by review notes you mean notes from class, then that's not really true... some courses could go outside of the general chemistry concepts covered by the DAT.

but to answer the question... everything that you mentioned falls into one (or more) of those categories... for example, orbitals/e configuration could be included in molecular structure or even periodic properties. Same with the other two really

By review notes, I meant review notes (Anything you find in DAT prep books such as those from KAPLAN).
