Interesting article about reform of health care delivery systems - moving hospitals to the corporate model.

I, for one, think the idea has some merit... curious what others thinks about it..

i have no opinion. however, you've got some pretty peculiar German going on there.

also, Cato's not winning professionalism points by putting "Briefing Papers!" on the first page like that. Made me think of "Cops" the tv show, rather than kinda-respected think tank.
