Does the SDN forums count as experience?
Now I know I'm relatively new here, but I've learned sooooo much since I joined these forums.
I learned that majoring in basket weaving is not the same as majoring in astrophysics.
I also learned that going to medical school is harder than my..... nvm you get the point.

So... should I put SDN forums member in my application lol?

What are my chances?

At the slight chance that you are seriously asking, I would strongly advise against it. I can think of absolutely zero positives this could bring your application.

"I often get advice from a combination of uneducated premeds, trolls and a few people that actually know what they are talking about on SDN."

The irony is that I am offering you advice as one of these educated premeds. Do as you please.

You will get more mileage out of face to face interactions with humans so you can demonstrate you have IRL people skills.

I would go ahead and center your personal statement around your experience on this forum.

EDIT: At the slight chance OP actually does this, I would like to say DON'T DO THIS.

Quality not quantity. How many of your posts have been tagged? Come back with this information, and I can put that # in my medical school acceptance formula.
