During undergrad, a professor I TA'd intro bio for invited me to guest lecture in her upper level (1000 level +) bio class to around 100 undergrads. The class was 50 minutes 3 times per week, and my lecture was 30 minutes. I did this twice on two separate topics.

Should I include this in the Presentations / posters section on AMCAS? Where would it properly belong?

It doesn't really belong anywhere. It's not abnormal for TAs for lecture.

I wasn't a TA for the class. She simply asked me to be a guest lecturer for a class that I had no formal relation to.

I'd put it under teaching/tutoring and fold it into your TA duties.
