I interviewed at a school and they are supposed to notify me oct 15 of a decision. I recently received an email inquiring about documents to see if I qualify for in state tuition.

Does this email mean in anyway that I'm likely accepted?

Man, it's only five more days until you find out after waiting for months. None of us can tell you for sure.
