Does UF have an supplemental fee?

Hey everyone! Does anybody know if UF's dental school has a supplemental fee? My hunch is that they don't since they haven't listed one on their website. Anybody know for sure / think the same?

UF has a $30 supplemental fee. Once UF invites you to fill out the supplemental, they will send you a link that will instruct you to pay the fee as well as fill out the supplemental app.

They only invite some applicants to fill out secondary application with supplemental fee. It is $30 I think...

Is the secondary different from UF's "Supplemental Admission Information for Professional Schools" form, or are they one and the same?
