I am currently a high school student who was recently accepted into UoP's combined pharmacy program. At the same time, I have applied to numerous other schools like Northeastern Pre-Pharm, USC, UMich, and various Ivy Leagues. If given the opportunity to attend an Ivy League or similarly high ranking institution, would it be best to attend there or a combined program such as UoP and Northeastern? In other words, would the ranking of your undergraduate college matter?

Matter for what? A PharmD is a PharmD is a PharmD. Everyone gets one and if you pass the NAPLEX/MPJE, you are all licensed the same. Now for residency programs, maybe. But if you are well rounded and involved with organizations and ECs and go to an average CoP you're probably more likely to get an acceptance than if you go to an Ivy school and aren't well rounded. Go where you can get the cheapest PharmD (relatively - don't go to a non-accredited school if you can help it) and do well, get good grades and get involved.
