I'm a sophomore in high school looking at accelerated programs all over the country but am particularly interested in UofP's 5 or 6 yr programs. I've taken/am taking my fair share of honors and AP courses. I want to try and get ahead before even getting into college if that's possible by taking some core class stuff at a local community college during the summer semesters. I've heard rumors that UofP doesn't accept transfer credits from comm. colleges if you are accepted into their accelerated programs. True or just rumor? Will they even accept my AP credits? looking for info from anyone who attends UofP or has any light to shed on the subject.

Also, does anyone know what the basic curriculum outlook is for the 5 or 6 yr programs?

Thanks.

so sorry to correct you but it's not UofP it is UOP, and is best for you to call and ask the admissions yourself, in order to get the best possible answer, good luck.
