does visiting a school help you get in?

There's a pharmacy school near where I live.
It is neither my first choice nor top choice, but I am still applying there.
They asked me to visit the school last time when I online chatted.
I don't have a transportation and it is kind of late to schedule one for this week (I will be out of town next Tuesday) so I am still debating..
Does visiting a school helps in their decision?

but if you show your interests on that school, it will be helpful to get in.
Just visiting does not affect anythinf on the admission..
