Does Wayne State offer interviews for all applicants?

Do Wayne State offer interviews indiscriminately or after a preliminary review to those who are qualified? Also does anyone know the stats of the proportion of interviewees who eventually gets accepted?

When I interviewed this week, I was told that they got about 800 aps, plan to interview about 220, and will accept about 100 students.
