Im a possible career changer and I did bad in general chem and intro to bio =/ I got a C and a B. Perhaps Pharm is not for me?
 
I got Cs in my intro chemistry, but it got better from there.
 
Are you in Pharm school right now?
 
A "C" is not good in chem of course.. but if everything else is fine I don't see how it would automatically take you out of the running. You can apply still and if you don't get in, you can call and see what your weaknesses were and if they mention that chem class, simply retake it at a CC and get an "A" and reapply.
 
Bust your butt in everything else and get lots of good EC's and experience. Hey it worked for me!
 
No, but I did well on the PCAT and have a decent GPA after floundering my freshman year.
