Doheny Summer Research

I'm a MS1 looking for summer ophtho research opportunities. I've been looking at Doheny but i havent been able to find anything on their website. I guess the next step is to email individual PI's to see if anyone is willing to take me on and to give me a project. Does anyone know who would be a good person to approach? Someone who is pretty well known but at the same time has enough time (or grad students) to help me get the best experience out of this?

My advice: just stick with the faculty members at your school... that is, unless your school does not have an ophtho department.
