Just wondering if there were any advice on how I should approach this to hopefully score an interview invite while I'm out here. I only finished my first week of the rotation so I'm not sure if I should be asking for any letters of recommendations yet. However, the fellow and the attending will both be switching this week.

I already have 3 LORs in my application so I was thinking about walking into the program coordinator's office with a 4th one from this rotation. Good/bad idea? Should I e-mail or walk in randomly? Thanks for any help!

Do NOT walk in randomly. Email now saying your are there and would like to meet prior to leaving. Don't worry too much about having an actual letter. During the meeting just let The PD know who you've worked with etc. (the PD will likely ask these people about you).

The surprise attack is not a good strategy. The PD is busy and things will go a lot better if there is a scheduled meeting.

agree with the above statement
PD's actually expect you to make an appointment to meet with them if you're doing an away rotation, so don't sweat it. There should be an administrative assistant who makes appointments, so you can always call or stop by that person's office when you have a change

Also, you want to have a solid LOR. Not doubting your skills. But a week of exposure to the attendings is a bit brief.
